Own leasing operations across a multi-property portfolio with end-to-end showings, applications, leases, and listing optimization.

  • Handle end-to-end leasing and showings across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate resident communications and lease addenda to keep listings accurate.
  • Execute the leasing cycle and day-to-day marketing across the portfolio.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct showings, process applications, execute leases, and manage listings across Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.
  • Assist with resident communications, lease modifications and addendums, and keeping listings accurate and compelling.
  • Execute leasing cycle and day-to-day marketing activity across the portfolio

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of residential leasing or real estate experience
  • Strong communicator — professional and personable with prospects and residents
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple active leads at once
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends, especially during peak leasing periods
  • Reliable vehicle required — you'll travel across the portfolio regularly

Preferred

  • AppFolio or similar property management software experience
  • PA Real Estate License
