Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, and optimize complex marketing programs, customer communication initiatives, and customer engagement strategies by developing scalable program management approaches, delivery frameworks, and execution methodologies aligned to business objectives and organizational priorities. - (20%)
  • Evaluate program demand, business priorities, resource availability, and delivery capacity to support intake management, prioritization decisions, workforce planning, resource allocation, and execution readiness across multiple programs and stakeholder groups. - (20%)
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and senior leaders by translating objectives into executable program strategies, facilitating decision making, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders, delivery teams, and organizational priorities. - (20%)
  • Influence governance practices, control frameworks, issue management processes, and risk mitigation approaches while overseeing complex remediation efforts, delivery challenges, and cross-functional issue resolution activities. - (15%)
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on workflow optimization, work management governance, intake processes, automation opportunities, execution transparency, stakeholder experience, and overall program delivery effectiveness. Drive new ways of working that improve scalability, efficiency, and business outcomes. - (15%)
  • Lead highly visible initiatives involving new program launches, partner onboarding, portfolio conversions, operating model enhancements, delivery capability development, and organizational transformation efforts that strengthen Marketing Services program management capabilities. - (10%)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 8-10 years experience in marketing programs, campaign management, project management, customer communications, marketing operations, business operations, or related functions while serving as a subject matter expert for complex program delivery initiatives.
  • 7+ years experience using enterprise work-management platforms to lead complex workflows, intake and prioritization activities, delivery planning, resource coordination, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional program execution.
  • 5+ years experience leading complex programs, portfolio initiatives, remediation efforts, operating-model improvements, process transformations, partner implementations, or organizational changes involving multiple teams and business functions.
  • 2+ years experience providing program-management consultation, technical guidance, mentorship, coaching, or delivery leadership to associates, project teams, stakeholders, or business partners.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing Information Systems, Business, Communications, Project Management, Operations Management, Information Systems or related field of study.
  • Experience using Adobe Workfront or a similar enterprise work-management platform to establish workflow governance, intake practices, delivery standards, reporting approaches, and scalable program-management processes.
  • Experience designing portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, resource allocation, demand management, program governance, workflow automation, or operating-model improvements within a complex organization.

  • All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (“PSST”) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.
  • Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December. You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
