Job Summary

Support a premium VIP hospitality program by delivering a seamless, high-touch guest experience at HPE events, coordinating activities, transport, and on-site service.

  • Hospitality & VIP Experience: welcome, amenities, and service quality aligned to brand commitments.
  • Event Operations: on-site support, guest inquiries, troubleshooting, and coordination with activity hosts.
  • Guest Mobility & Programs: escort guests to cultural activities, manage transport loads, and space provisioning in HPE areas.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Hospitality Lead with the distribution of event-related gifts and amenities to VIP attendees
  • Maintain thorough understanding of the hotel's facilities and services to enhance the overall VIP experience
  • Escort and host guests at possible cultural activities
  • Help to gather guests in HPE space for their transports; load onto vehicles
  • Provide on-site support during events, addressing guest inquiries and troubleshooting issues
  • Maintain positive and customer-focused attitude to enhance the overall VIP experience
  • Tidying up Hospitality area, running local errands - on an as-needed basis

Requirements

  • 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Event, experiential marketing, and hospitality experience required.
  • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to take direction, adapt to change, and work collaboratively.
