Job Summary

Own and optimize multi-channel email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, build audience segments, automate lifecycle journeys, and report on performance to drive engagement and retention.

Own email and SMS campaign execution including templates, copy, and reporting.
Manage marketing automation workflows and lifecycle journeys in SFMC for fan acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Marketing automation workflows and lifecycle journeys in SFMC to support fan acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Audience segmentation and data-driven messaging across cross-channel campaigns with collaboration from sales and service teams.

Requirements

BA/BS Degree (4-year) Communications, Marketing, or Advertising
2-4 years Related work experience.
0-2 years experience with marketing automation and email service provider platforms
Experience in the sports and entertainment industries preferred
