Job Description

Responsibilities

  • CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • - Own and optimize high-volume email marketing campaigns
  • - Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy
  • - Build and manage multi-step email nurture and lifecycle campaigns
  • - Create onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back email sequences
  • - Design and execute A/B tests across:
  • - Subject lines
  • - Preview text
  • - Email copy
  • - Calls-to-action

Requirements

  • REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • - 5+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
  • - Experience managing high-volume outbound email campaigns
  • - Strong email copywriting skills with a focus on conversion optimization
  • - Experience building automated lifecycle and nurture campaigns
  • - Deep understanding of A/B testing methodology
  • - Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • - Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
  • - Hands-on experience with Looker or Looker Studio
  • - Experience marketing software within the legal, compliance, tax, financial services, or other regulated industries
