Junior Marketing Associate - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Social media: Help plan, create, schedule, and publish content across all brands. Write captions, maintain content calendars, support product and event coverage, and track basic engagement metrics.
• Graphic design: Create and edit graphics for social media, sales materials, and other marketing needs, following each brand's visual style.
• Product specification sheets: Update product information and imagery, standardize layouts, and coordinate with internal teams to verify accuracy and maintain current versions.
• Brand asset organization: Organize logos, product images, packaging files, and sales materials by brand. Maintain clear folder structures and file naming practices so approved assets are easy to find.
• Marketing support: Assist with daily requests and ongoing projects, prepare promotional materials, track assignments, and communicate progress.

Requirements

• Graphic design experience, including creating and editing visual marketing materials.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar software.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and content creation.
• Strong writing, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with shared folders, documents, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, work independently and collaboratively, and incorporate feedback.

Preferred

• Experience in the food industry, especially food marketing, products, or brands.
• Additional marketing experience through internships, coursework, freelance work, or personal projects.
