Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Travel to all SMX race events to support sports marketing initiatives, athletes, and product performance.
  • Deliver premium, best-in-class athlete service to maintain and elevate brand excellence.
  • Act as a key point of contact for athletes at races, ensuring their needs are met efficiently, and professionally.
  • Maintain a strong, professional brand image at all racing events.
  • Coordinate race services van logistics; including, scheduling, organization, and maintenance tracking.
  • Support Brand and Sports Marketing initiatives via racewear allocation and production for key media partners.
  • Handle purchase orders (PO’s), inventory tracking, and proper product allocation.
  • Oversee and manage Sports Marketing space, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Support Sports Marketing initiatives for photo and video shoots, including proper racewear allocation and design needs.
  • Coordinate deliveries, pick-ups, and drop-offs with key brand partners and vendors.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Working within sports marketing, event coordination, or athlete services
  • Knowledge of Adobe platforms; including Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with SMX, Motocross, or action sports industry
  • Experience with logistics, inventory management, or operations coordination
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Highly organized and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Personable and professional with strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including weekends
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred

  • Working within sports marketing, event coordination, or athlete services
  • Knowledge of Adobe platforms; including Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with SMX, Motocross, or action sports industry
  • Experience with logistics, inventory management, or operations coordination
