Responsibilities

• Assist in building and managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between marketing, IT, and leadership teams
• Track project progress, risks, and deadlines to ensure on-time execution
• Support marketing campaigns through reporting, analytics, and performance tracking (Excel/CRM)
• Help develop dashboards and analyze campaign and social media performance
• Manage vendor coordination and support contract execution as needed
• Contribute to launching new programs, tools, or member-facing platforms

Requirements

• 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, or similar)
• Basic understanding of project methodologies (Agile or Waterfall)
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Preferred

• Experience with CRM systems or marketing data/reporting
• Healthcare industry exposure
• Marketing automation or campaign support experience
• Comfort working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools
