Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels
- Create and schedule engaging social media content and campaigns
- Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with clients for campaign updates, requirements, and follow-ups
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Assist in generating leads through digital marketing initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams for branding and marketing activities
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing
- Understanding of email marketing campaigns
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Client interaction and coordination skills
Preferred
- Digital Marketing certification is a plus
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, or similar marketing tools is an added advantage
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn
