Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise communication strategy and governance.
- Launch and manage company intranet.
- Create executive communications, town halls, FAQs, and announcements.
- Support policy, benefits, organizational and change communications.
- Build onboarding communication experiences.
- Deliver messages across email, Teams, video, newsletters, and manager toolkits.
- Measure communication effectiveness and engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in internal communications, employee experience, change management, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Marketing, or a related field
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Experience supporting executives and high-growth organizations
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
