Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Capture and develop content from active job sites, including photography, video, and employee interviews (as appropriate)
  • Produce project updates, milestone highlights, and workforce features that showcase field operations
  • Translate technical construction processes into clear, audience-friendly content
  • Support the development of safety-related communications, including campaigns, spotlights, and recognition content
  • Reinforce company values (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Teamwork, Integrity) through storytelling and messaging
  • Assist in creating content that supports field engagement and awareness initiatives
  • Develop and edit content for internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, leadership communications)
  • Support distribution of operational updates and employee engagement messaging
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment of messaging across audiences
  • Assist in the creation of content for external platforms, including social media and recruiting materials

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging content
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to learn construction and industrial operations

Preferred

  • Experience with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Basic photography, videography, and/or video editing skills
  • Interest or exposure to construction, engineering, or industrial environments
  • Portfolio or samples of previous work (academic or professional)
