Job Summary

Own cross functional launch orchestration with multi region product localization and channel readiness, driving risk control and clear handoffs.

  • Coordinate with Product, Ecomm and Marketing to keep milestones, approvals, and dependencies on track across launches.
  • Build and maintain planning calendars, RACIs, readiness checklists, and status trackers to enable faster, confidence driven delivery.
  • Align leadership and teams on shared goals and milestones while surfacing risks early and driving resolution to keep momentum.

Job Description

  • Build and manage executional program timelines across creative development, production, localization, and channel plans to ensure launch readiness across regions and channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep milestones, approvals, program and launch activities on track.
  • Drive alignment with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders by establishing shared goals, RACIs, milestones, and dependencies .
  • Identify potential risks, manage escalation paths, and drive resolution to maintain momentum and delivery confidence.
  • Maintain project and planning materials, including program plans, timelines, status and delivery trackers, and deliverables lists .
  • Support forward planning by ensuring work begins with appropriate lead time, resourcing, stakeholder alignment, and readiness planning.
  • Drive the operationalization and adoption of launch execution processes, helping ensure key steps, ownership, dependencies, and handoffs are clear and consistently understood .
  • Serve as a cross-functional connector for Marketing across Product, Ecomm , Business Planning, Training, and Customer Support .
  • Lead planning and forecasting for marketing localizations, improving process efficiency, quality, and executional readiness across launch cycles.
  • Manage product sample, seeding, PR, and review-unit ordering workflows for Marketing by partnering with Product, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning .
  • 5 - 7 years in project management, program management, marketing operations, integrated planning, brand marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to build and manage planning calendars, milestone trackers, decision logs, readiness checklists, status updates, and project documentation.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools, including Smartsheet, to support program planning, resource coordination, milestone tracking, governance, and executive-level status reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams .
