Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign execution: Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, keeping them on schedule and on budget, and meeting client expectations.
  • Talent sourcing and vetting: Identify and vet creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube based on audience fit, engagement, brand safety and cost. Build and maintain a pipeline of creators for both accounts.
  • Contracts and negotiation: Lead creator outreach, pricing and negotiation. Coordinate contracts, usage rights, deliverables and payments.
  • Content refinement and creator management: Write and manage briefs. Manage feedback and revision rounds with creators, and refine content so it's on-brief, on-brand and ready for client approval.
  • Client communication: Serve as the day-to-day contact on execution: timelines, approvals, status updates and routine questions. Work alongside the account team.
  • Paid amplification: Coordinate whitelisting, boosting and dark posting with the paid and social teams.
  • Production and activations: Support influencer shoots and activations, including logistics and occasional travel.
  • Reporting: Track campaign performance, including engagement rate, website traffic (CTR) and reach. Contribute to wrap reports and recommendations.
  • Admin and operations: Manage tracking, budget reconciliation support and platform management in tools like Sprout Influencer, Cohley, Lefty or similar.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–6 years in influencer marketing, with at least 2 years managing campaigns from start to finish. Agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Negotiation and contracts: Proven experience negotiating creator rates and managing contracts, usage rights and payments.
  • Client-facing confidence: Comfortable managing day-to-day client communication and approvals in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
  • Paid social knowledge: Working understanding of whitelisting, boosting and dark posting, and how paid media amplifies creator content.
  • Content judgment: A strong eye for what works on each platform, and the ability to give creators clear, constructive feedback.
  • Category experience: Retail, grocery/CPG, QSR, or health and wellness is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish): A strong plus. Experience with Hispanic/multicultural creators is highly valued.
  • Tools: Experience with influencer platforms (Sprout Influencer, Cohley, Lefty, CreatorIQ or similar) is preferred.
  • Availability: Able to commit up to 20 hours a week for at least 3 months, with flexibility during peak periods like the holidays.

Preferred

  • Self-directed: You don't need hand-holding. You take ownership of the work and keep it moving.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: You manage several creators, deadlines and approvals at once without missing anything.
  • A strong communicator: Clear, warm and confident with clients, creators and colleagues.
  • Calm under pressure: You stay steady when timelines are tight and clients have high expectations.
  • Plugged into creator culture: You follow the space closely and bring fresh ideas.
