Job Description

Responsibilities

Source and recruit influencers that align with each client's brand and campaign objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, scheduling, and campaign logistics.
Coordinate both gifted and paid influencer partnerships.
Create campaign briefs and communicate deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
Track influencer content to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Review content for brand alignment before publication when applicable.
Maintain campaign trackers, creator databases, and outreach records.
Attend weekly client meetings and provide campaign updates.
Collaborate with our social media team to integrate influencer marketing into broader campaigns.

Requirements

1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current creator trends.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Preferred

Hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle, or agency experience is a plus.
Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
