Job Summary

Own end-to-end influencer marketing programs that scale across gaming communities, partnering with brand, social, and product teams to turn creators into a core acquisition and engagement engine.

  • Creator Programs: Build and scale global influencer programs driving awareness and engagement.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with brand, social, community, and product teams to weave creator strategies into the marketing funnel.
  • Relationships & Analytics: Manage creator relationships, timelines, and performance insights to optimize activation and reporting.

Job Description

  • Accomplishing and scaling global influencer and creator programs that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Partnering closely with brand, social, community, and product teams to integrate creator strategies across the marketing funnel.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
  • Managing creator outreach, onboarding, briefing, and activation timelines.
  • Coordinating creator programs including early access, content drops, and launch moments.
  • Supporting creator participation in key events such as reveals, hands-on previews, and global events.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance across key platforms.
  • Delivering regular reporting on creator activations and providing insights and recommendations.
  • 4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience accomplishing influencer campaigns from planning through reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming creator ecosystem and platform dynamics (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, X).
  • Experience with influencer tools such as CreatorIQ, StreamHatchet, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized and diligent, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics and tell a clear story.
  • Passion for games and a deep appreciation for how creators build player communities and culture.
  • Experience working with AAA gaming franchises.
  • A background in content creation or a network of industry contacts.
  • Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and social media.
