Manage outreach, bookings, contracts, and logistics to keep campaigns on schedule.
Track deliverables, collect assets, and ensure content obligations are fulfilled.

Job Description

Own end-to-end influencer campaigns for local and regional brands, coordinating creators, outreach, contracts, and delivery to ensure timely content.

Research and identify relevant local influencers for each client
Handle all outreach and communication
Book influencers and coordinate campaign logistics
Send and manage contracts
Follow up to collect content and ensure deliverables are met

experience with influencer outreach or talent coordination
highly organized and great at following up
Know how to find the right creators for local/regional brands
Can manage contracts and logistics independently
Are comfortable working across multiple clients simultaneously
