Responsibilities

• Assist with basic research and outreach for influencer campaigns
• Respond to influencer collaboration inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist in growing our agency’s exclusive Influencer Insights Lab
• Work closely with the influencer and social media teams to stay on track with seasonal influencer content, client promotions, new product launches, etc.
• Social media content creation & posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Basic graphic design conceptualization and creation for social media
• Identify unique opportunities for social media engagement
• Assist with blog posts, client messaging, influencer pitches and more

Requirements

• Marketing, Journalism, and/or Communications major, or similar degree field
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram (& related tools), LinkedIn and YouTube
• Comfortable communicating directly with influencers and coordinating campaigns
• Detail-oriented, with strong editing and proofreading skills
• Highly-organized
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Data-driven with ability to connect results with goals
• Self-starting, creative problem solver
• Must have reliable transportation to and from our Chicago office
