Own the end-to-end marketing effort that translates customer insight into value propositions, leads the creation and execution of marketing plans, and collaborates with the sales team to drive sustainable growth while ensuring compliance with branding and legal standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Listen to the voice of customers to understand market trends, pain points and needs to
help the commercial team articulate value propositions that are customer focused
Translate very technical ideas into concise, useful, and impactful content that resonates
with Veolia customers and prospects, aligned with business priorities and value
generation
Understand metrics of marketing tactics and measurement of success, to facilitate
reporting results to key stakeholders
Lead development of marketing plans to support a sustainable growth strategy
Understand and utilize internal processes for marketing plan components, including
legal and branding reviews

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Marketing or a similar field

Preferred

Minimum 4 years in a commercial or B2B marketing role
Experience planning and executing events, seminars, or webinars
Familiarity with social media strategy and content creation for B2B audiences
Experience in the water or environmental services industry, or other related industries
