Job Description

Responsibilities

As an In-Store Scheduling & Marketing Representative, you will focus on engaging with customers inside national home improvement retail stores generating appointments for our home services team by promoting HVAC services, system tune-ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours-generating appointments each shift
Hours are managed accordingly

Requirements

Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
Experience generating appointments face to face by approaching customers: Door to Door or
Business to Business
Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a retail environment
2 years exper preferred (not required)
Ability to stand and walk during shifts
Weekend and some holiday availability
Reliable transportation
Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
