Job Summary
Own omnichannel ecommerce growth by optimizing Amazon ads and D2C Shopify performance, turning data into revenue through ads, listings, and retention programs.
- Growth Infrastructure: Own Amazon campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and Shopify ads to drive revenue, ROAS, and profitability.
- CRM & Lifecycle: Build and manage email/SMS marketing flows and segmentation to boost retention and repeat purchases.
- Marketplace & Listings Ops: Maintain listings health across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart; optimize product pages, A+ content, and launches with data-driven reporting.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Review search term reports and implement keyword and negative keyword strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and overall profitability
- Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings and marketplace visibility
- Operate and maintain Amazon Seller Central day-to-day, including FBA inventory, listing health, suppressed listings, case logs, and account performance metrics
- Maintain and improve Amazon listings, A+ Content, images, keywords, and product detail pages
- Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, and account performance
- Coordinate listing updates and product launches
- Maintain, optimize, and grow our Shopify D2C storefronts as a core revenue channel
- Improve product pages, site merchandising, conversion rate, and on-site customer experience
