Job Description

HubSpot operations and revenue workflows to align marketing and sales with data hygiene, lifecycle optimization, and cross-functional enablement.

HubSpot CRM Management: Own administration and continuous improvement of HubSpot CRM including contact segmentation, lead routing, pipeline management, and lifecycle stage optimization.
Marketing Automation: Design and manage automated workflows and campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub to drive engagement, MQL conversion, and retention.
Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales leadership to refine processes, improve forecasting, and streamline deal flow through automation and best practices.
Cross-functional Enablement: Align marketing, sales, and customer success to optimize the end-to-end customer journey from acquisition to referral.
Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards and reports to track revenue KPIs and provide leadership-ready insights.
Tool Integration & Stack Management: Oversee HubSpot integrations and evaluate new tools to improve efficiency.
Process Documentation & Training: Document workflows and train team members to ensure high adoption and consistent tool use.
