Responsibilities

• Create daily short form content including reels, tiktoks, and social posts
• Film live services, client transformations, and behind the scenes moments
• Edit content with clean cuts, strong pacing, and clear storytelling
• Capture before and after results that highlight real outcomes
• Stay consistent with posting and content output
• Work closely with the team to bring ideas into execution quickly
• Pay attention to what performs and adjust content accordingly
• Keep content aligned with a clean, elevated brand image

Requirements

• Basic experience filming and editing content for social media
• Understanding of platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• Ability to create content quickly without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable working in a real time salon environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to improve
• Reliable, consistent, and able to follow through
• Interest in beauty, skincare, lashes, or brows
• Must be able to work on site in Beverly Hills salon
