Responsibilities
- Lead and coach two field marketing representatives and a marketing coordinator.
- Set goals, track referral activity and new business, and hold the team accountable for results.
- Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, and other referral partners.
- Oversee continuing education programs, sponsored events, digital marketing, and promotional materials.
- Manage the marketing calendar and budget, focusing on activities that generate business.
Requirements
- At least three years of marketing or business development experience in home care, senior living, or healthcare.
- Experience supervising a team and meeting growth goals.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage both strategy and day-to-day execution.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties.
