Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Educate eligible TRICARE beneficiaries on US Family Health Plan and other available TRICARE options through group presentations, one-on-one meetings, and virtual engagements.
  • Identify and engage potential members through outreach efforts, including military installations, retiree organizations, community events, and other relevant locations.
  • Participate in marketing events such as health fairs, sponsored activities, and military community gatherings to promote awareness and drive enrollment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including military organizations, veteran groups, and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective enrollees via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure a smooth transition into the plan.
  • Achieve and exceed established enrollment targets through proactive outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of TRICARE policies, eligibility requirements, and enrollment processes to effectively assist beneficiaries.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in managed healthcare marketing & sales preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of TRICARE programs and the Military Health System.
  • Ability to meet and exceed established enrollment goals/quota.
  • Prior Military Experience – Preferred.
  • Prior Military Recruiting Experience – Preferred.
  • Bachelors (BA/BS) - Required
  • Driver's License – Required
  • CaC – Must be able to possess favorably adjudicated tier 1 security investigation clearance.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
