Head of Social Media

Responsibilities

• You'll own SoFast's social media and run every program yourself: building campaigns, scheduling and posting, running paid social on Meta and TikTok, managing creators and influencers, engaging the community and reading the numbers.
• Our in-house design team produces the content and you tell them what you need.
• Then you take it live and make it perform.
• This is not a strategy role. We're hiring someone who runs social programs with their own hands, every day.

Requirements

• 7+ years of running social programs you designs and launched yourself
• At least one brand you grew from scratch, with numbers to prove it
• CPG, beverage or food experience (strongly preferred)
• Fluency in TikTok, Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn, plus paid social and AI tools
• Speed, self-direction, and weekly reporting on what's working and what you've cut
