Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition, conversion optimization, analytics, landing pages, experimentation, and our overall growth strategy.
• Guide the strategy for our YouTube channel as an important part of that growth.
• You\'ll report directly to the founder.

Requirements

• Proven track record of improving customer acquisition through paid search, conversion optimization, and data-driven experimentation.
• Enjoy solving difficult optimization problems.
• Think like an owner and enjoy making decisions.
• Experience remotely within the United States and able to participate in quarterly in-person planning meetings.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry (legal, insurance, financial services, etc.). This is a strong plus, not a requirement.

• Are happiest building and optimizing campaigns yourself today but excited to build and lead your own team as we scale.
