Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Owning the Microsoft Partnership from a Marketing Standpoint
  • - Serving as the primary marketing point of contact for Microsoft, managing the relationship with Microsoft's partner marketing team and co-sell community.
  • - Maximizing all available partner marketing funds (MDF, co-op, ECIF, Azure Marketplace incentives, etc). Identifying, applying for, activating, and reconciling funding across programs.
  • - Mapping the full landscape of Microsoft incentive programs relevant to iManage (ISV Success, AI Cloud Partner Program, co-sell, marketplace rewards) and building a calendar to pursue them systematically.
  • - Driving Pipeline Through the Partnership
  • - Developing and executing joint go-to-market programs with Microsoft that generate measurable pipeline including roadshows, digital campaigns, field events, and marketplace activations. A typical half will include a defined number of joint roadshows and at least one co-sell campaign in a priority segment.
  • - Working closely with iManage sales, customer success, and field marketing to align Microsoft co-sell activity to named accounts and commercial targets.
  • - Building and maintaining relationships with the Microsoft sales community (ATU, STU, CSAs) in target regions, enabling iManage sellers to pull Microsoft into deals.
  • - Recognition and Market Presence
  • - Developing a strategy to position iManage as a standout Microsoft partner targeting relevant Microsoft Partner of the Year awards and other recognition programs.

Requirements

  • - Proven experience in partner or alliance marketing within the Microsoft ecosystem, including deep knowledge of MDF mechanics, co-sell motions, Partner Center, and marketplace incentives
  • - An account-based marketing (ABM) background with either hands-on practitioner experience or formal certification
  • - Experience working with a hyperscaler or large ISV with a substantive Microsoft relationship, having navigated Microsoft's internal structure and managed joint marketing funds
  • - A relationship-first orientation with the ability to invest in the human side before optimizing mechanics
  • - The commercial instinct to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes and hold credible conversations with sales leadership about pipeline and bookings
  • - An ability to operate in a matrix organization, influencing peers and aligning with field and sales teams without direct authority over budget or headcount

Preferred

  • - Experience at a legal technology company, professional services software vendor, or another regulated industry ISV
  • - Familiarity with Microsoft's AI Cloud Partner Program and the co-pilot/AI marketplace opportunity
  • - A track record of winning or finalist for a Microsoft Partner of the Year award
  • - Experience scoping and managing external agency or vendor relationships in support of partner marketing programs

Benefits

  • - Providing a market competitive salary that is applied through a consistent process, equitable for all our employees, and regularly reviewed based on industry data.
  • - Rewarding me with an annual performance-based bonus.
  • - Offering comprehensive Health/Vision/Dental/Life Insurance, and a 401k Retirement Savings Plan with a company match up to 4%.
  • - Granting enhanced leave for expecting parents; 20 weeks 100% paid for primary leave, and 10 weeks 100% paid for secondary leave.
  • - Providing me with a flexible time off policy to take the time off that I need. Be it for vacation, volunteering, celebrating holidays, spending time with family, or simply taking time to recharge.
  • - Having multiple company wellness days each year to prioritize mental health and well-being.
  • - Providing access to RethinkCare, a global behavioral health platform that enhances personal well-being, strengthens professional resilience, and empowers parental success through expert-led training and resources.
