Head of Growth

Responsibilities

• Own and execute marketing strategies focused on generating qualified inbound leads and driving revenue growth.
• Develop creative, compelling content and campaigns across LinkedIn, social media, email, and digital channels.
• Build brand awareness and position products effectively across different customer segments.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
• Partner closely with sales and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously improve lead generation and conversion.
• Help build a scalable marketing function as the company grows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology.
• Demonstrated success generating qualified leads and measurable business results.
• Strong creative instincts, content development, and marketing strategy capabilities.
• Hands-on experience executing digital campaigns and managing multiple marketing channels.
• Experience working in a startup or lean, fast-growing organization.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, self-directed, and comfortable owning strategy through execution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales and leadership.
