Job Summary

Own regional demand and partner marketing to drive Americas pipeline, from co-marketing with partners to MDF, events, and field-led campaigns.

  • Campaigns and Field Marketing: Own pipeline-building programs across the US, Canada, and LATAM with executive events, roadshows, webinars, and ABM support.
  • Partner enablement and MDF: Build partner programs, enablement kits, and manage MDF allocation, approvals, and ROI.
  • Alignment and measurement: Bridge Global Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams and track pipeline sourced/influenced, event ROI, and regional impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and execute integrated regional campaigns aligned with Americas pipeline goals. - Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end campaign processes including planning, budgeting, execution, lead follow-up, and performance tracking. - Localization & Collaboration: Collaborate with Global Demand Gen to localize and amplify campaigns for the Americas market. - Partner Program: Design and develop a scalable Partner program and enhance the program. - Channel Marketing: Lead co-marketing with partners, VARs, distributors, MSSPs, and service providers. - MDF & Enablement: Own the MDF process including allocation, approvals, execution support, and ROI measurement. - Partner Campaigns: Build scalable partner enablement kits and execute joint events, webinars, and digital campaigns with partners. - Field Marketing: Partner with Americas Sales leadership to design pipeline-building programs such as executive roundtables, roadshows, webinars, trade shows, and customer advisory boards. - ABM & Territory: Support ABM and territory-level campaigns for high-value accounts. - Regional GTM: Act as bridge between Global Marketing, Americas Sales, and Channel teams and adapt messaging for US, Canada, and LATAM; provide field feedback for campaigns and launches. - Performance & Reporting: Track KPIs including pipeline sourced/influenced, event ROI, MDF ROI, partner engagement, and regional marketing impact, with regular updates to leadership.
