Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Execution
• Design and execute integrated regional campaigns aligned with Americas pipeline goals
• Manage end-to-end campaign processes: planning, budgeting, execution, lead follow-up, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with Global Demand Gen to localize and amplify campaigns for the Americas market
• Design and Develop a scalable Partner program. (review existing prartner program and own the development and enhancements of the program.)
• Channel Marketing (Partner & Alliances Support)
• Lead co-marketing with key partners, VARs, distributors, MSSPs, and service providers
• Own the MDF process: allocation, approvals, execution support, and ROI measurement
• Build scalable partner enablement kits (campaign-in-a-box, playbooks, content)
• Execute joint events, webinars, and digital campaigns with partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a mix of field and channel marketing
• Proven experience in the SaaS B2B industry, preferably in the cybersecurity/ Networking sector or SaaS companies
• Strong track record of driving measurable pipeline contribution via field and partner campaigns
• Expertise in co-marketing execution, MDF management, and partner enablement
• Skilled in Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing analytics tools
• Exceptional project management, collaboration, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel within the Americas (approx. 25-35%)
• Bilingual (English + Spanish/Portuguese) a plus for LATAM support
