  • Lead analysis and diagnosis around key opportunity areas across markets, cohorts, and surfaces (Feed, Video, Groups, Marketplace, Dating, Messaging, AI experiences) to drive growth through the funnel
  • Plan and lead successful product launches and go-to-market in the US and key global markets, educating people on new Facebook experiences and driving adoption, usage, and retention
  • Lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data science, brand, PR, legal, policy) and the broader ecosystem — creators, communities, small businesses, policy makers, news media, and advocates — to create integrated marketing moments that are contextually relevant

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related disciplines for internet and/or consumer technology, including leading product marketing teams
  • Track record of successfully building, mentoring, and leading a large and diverse global team

  • Ability to lead matrixed organizations and functions toward common goals with operational rigor and enthusiasm
  • Knowledge and understanding of a wide range of industry landscapes, including but not limited to social media, short-form and long-form video, creator economy, online marketplaces, privacy, and integrity
  • Proven experience leveraging data to solve complex problems and drive user acquisition and engagement strategies

Preferred

  • Product marketing experience spanning marketing communications and/or product management
  • Experience marketing products at significant scale (100M+ users) as well as launching new, early-stage products
  • Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle management
  • Experience repositioning or revitalizing a mature consumer product for new audiences
  • Global experience working across a number of markets, with knowledge of diverse cultural, social, and business landscapes
  • MBA degree
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
