Job Summary

Own the creator-partnering motion: build and maintain a pipeline of authentic Velve creators, front-line representation of the value, and close collaboration with the founders to shape strategy and the definition of a Velve creator.

Partnership Ownership: Build a scalable creator network and manage from first contact to active use.
Voice of Creators: Represent Velve authentically and relay creator insights to product and strategy.
Strategic Definition: Collaborate with founders to refine messaging, positioning, and what defines a Velve creator.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to creators, influencers, and professionals who are a strong fit for the Velve platform
Build and manage a pipeline of creator partnerships — from first contact to active use
Represent Velve at the front line, communicating our value clearly and authentically
Collaborate directly with the founders on strategy, messaging, and positioning
Help define what a "Velve creator" looks like as we grow
Provide feedback from the creator community to shape product direction

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in partnerships, creator relations, talent management, or brand development
An existing network in the creator, influencer, or digital media space (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfort working independently and remotely with minimal structure
Genuine belief in the creator economy and the people building within it
