Head of Consumer Demand

Responsibilities

• Consumer Acquisition: Develop strategies to introduce Pink Stork to new audiences and acquire new customers.
• Growth Channels: Identify, test, and scale opportunities across Meta, Google, TikTok, influencers, affiliates, social commerce, and emerging platforms.
• Creative Growth: Develop innovative campaigns, partnerships, and strategies that capture attention and generate demand.
• Performance & Measurement: Own customer acquisition performance, testing, attribution, and efficient allocation of marketing resources.
• Growth Investment: Identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives while maintaining a focus on profitable growth.
• Leadership: Work closely with CEO Amy Upchurch and our existing team to execute our growth strategy and build the capabilities needed for continued expansion.

• Led customer acquisition or growth marketing for an established consumer brand.
• Built and scaled a successful ecommerce business.
• Grown a substantial social media audience or creator network.
• Developed successful affiliate, influencer, or social commerce programs.
• Managed and scaled meaningful paid media investments.
• Discovered unconventional ways to generate attention, acquire customers, or grow revenue.
