Own the in-store creative and customer engagement workflow, leading signage, content creation for digital channels, social media responses, and program promotion while maintaining signage across the store and managing project lists.

Lead visual communications and customer interaction across store and digital channels
Ensure accuracy of copy, color, and branding in all ads and signage
Collaborate with management to promote programs and safety standards

Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide amazing customer service
Learns and uses the three E’s: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment
Creating in-store signage
In-Store photographer
Create content for digital and social media channels – website, Facebook, Instagram
Proof ad/art work for correct copy and color
Respond to customer questions on social media
Assist customers as needed on the sales floor
Maintaining all artistic signage throughout store, Billboards, chalk boards, weather vanes, endcaps, etc.
Maintain project list, spreadsheets

Requirements

2 years degree or an equivalent of experience in art medium
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and associates.
Basic math (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
This position has no required certificates, licenses, or registrations.
