Own the RevOps tech stack by designing, automating, and sustaining scalable GTM systems (Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach) that improve routing, data integrity, and cross-functional workflows across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partnerships.

  • Build and optimize core GTM systems with Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, and adjacent tools;
  • Own automations and workflows to reduce manual tasks and accelerate lead-to-revenue processes;
  • Provide hands-on enablement and documentation to boost tool adoption and RevOps reliability.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize core GTM systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce, LeanData, and Outreach, along with supporting tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and DealHub (CPQ).
  • Continuously improve lead-to-account matching and routing logic in LeanData to ensure speed, accuracy, and efficiency in lead distribution.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable automations and workflows across Salesforce and integrated platforms to support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
  • Identify and eliminate manual processes by implementing smart automation and system-driven workflows.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues, including integration sync failures, routing errors, and data inconsistencies, and drive timely, reliable resolutions.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and change management practices to ensure system reliability and transparency.
  • Provide hands-on support and enablement to GTM teams, driving tool adoption, usability, and operational confidence.
  • This is a highly hands-on role focused on execution, automation, and continuous optimization of the revenue tech stack to improve overall RevOps efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and optimizing Revenue Operations (RevOps) or GTM systems, with strong expertise beyond Salesforce alone.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, including data model, automation (Flows), integrations, and overall system architecture.
  • Proven, hands-on experience with core RevOps tools
  • LeanData (lead/account routing logic, matching, and orchestration)
  • Outreach (bi-directional sync, sequencing automation, and troubleshooting)
  • DealHub (CPQ) support and configuration
  • Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining automations and workflows across integrated systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues, including sync failures, routing errors, and data inconsistencies across platforms.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting GTM teams within a SaaS or enterprise environment.
  • Gong (Salesforce integration, call data governance, pipeline insights, and reporting)
  • Familiarity with data enrichment and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with partner portal workflows (e.g., Unifyr or similar platforms).
  • Exposure to API-based integrations or middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Mulesoft).
  • Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools such as Pramata.

Benefits

  • Our GTM motion is increasingly complex, and our tech stack is expanding. This role will ensure our systems scale efficiently, reduce operational friction, and directly improve revenue velocity and forecast accuracy. As our Go-to-Market (GTM) motion and technology stack grow in complexity, this role is essential for achieving efficient system scaling. Key outcomes include minimizing operational friction, accelerating revenue velocity, and enhancing the accuracy of our forecasts.
