Job Summary

Own the cross-functional, integrated GTM planning engine for enrollment campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on governance, content planning, and stakeholder alignment across Brand, B2B, B2C, and Enrollment teams.

  • Integrated Planning: Own the end-to-end GTM plan, calendar, and roadmap with clear owners, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Content & Assets: Drive content briefs and asset production for campaigns, coordinating with the Student Content Creator Program and creative partners.
  • Org-wide Alignment: Coordinate launch readiness, post-launch reviews, and ongoing governance to keep teams in sync and risks visible.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated go-to-market planning for seasonal enrollment campaigns, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans outlining objectives, audiences, messaging, channel strategies, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning across Brand, B2B, B2C, Digital, Web, Creative, Communications, Enrollment, and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain the enterprise marketing calendar and campaign roadmap, ensuring visibility into upcoming initiatives and priorities across the organization.
  • Coordinate launch readiness by tracking milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and risks across all marketing teams.
  • Serve as the central coordination point throughout campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment and proactive issue resolution.
  • Continuously refine integrated planning processes, templates, and governance to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Own internal communications for marketing campaigns from planning through post-launch.
  • Communicate integrated campaign plans to the organization, ensuring stakeholders understand objectives, timing, priorities, and their role in execution.
  • Launch campaigns internally by sharing creative assets, messaging frameworks, toolkits, and execution guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign planning, go-to-market strategy, or marketing operations.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across teams.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and operational execution.

Preferred

  • Experience in enrollment-driven, seasonal, or cyclical marketing environments.
  • Experience supporting integrated B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.
  • Understanding of content strategy, messaging frameworks, and customer journey planning.
  • Experience working with marketing planning tools, work management systems, or campaign governance processes.
