Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth framework to drive Gemini App adoption across key markets and pillars, prioritizing key Go-to-Market levers like marketing, partnerships, and product integrations.
  • Make data-driven decisions on resource allocation (e.g., TPU compute) and collaborate with marketing teams to optimize funding across various channels and regions to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and manage partnership opportunities (such as OEMs and carriers), working closely with Business Development teams to discuss optimal outcomes.
  • Lead the execution of major Go-to-Market initiatives, such as extended free trials or carrier partnerships, by coordinating with cross-functional and cross-product area teams.
  • Monitor post-launch progress, report key metrics to executive leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on course correction or acceleration efforts as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Preferred

  • Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience developing, instituting, and running product development processes at scale.
  • Proven ability to work with and present to leadership.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working with engineering, product management, UX, and other technical and non-technical teams.
