Own the multi-channel outbound engine with real-time signal capture and AI driven touchpoints that convert signals into qualified pipeline.

Outbound signal engine: multi-channel outreach, real-time listening, AI personalization, scoring and routing.
ICP modeling and segmentation: focus GTM on high-fit accounts and enable targeted playbooks for SDRs.
GTM stack governance: select, implement, and optimize vendors, data pipelines, and CRM tooling for scalable automation.

The outbound and signal engine. Multi-channel outbound, not just email and LinkedIn. Real-time signal capture across social listening, news, sentiment shifts, hiring data, and product usage. AI-personalized touchpoints, scoring, routing, and feedback loops. One output that matters: qualified pipeline.
Craft copy and sequences across cold email, LI, partners, and marketing nurture.
Implement and utilize intent signals for warm outbound efforts.
Build ICP models and segmentation logic to ensure GTM efforts are focused on high-fit accounts.
Partner with marketing to enable ads, events outreach, nurture sequences, and special projects.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize vendors across the entire GTM stack (Salesforce, Conversion, Gong, Clay, Heyreach, OutboundSync, Sumble, etc.)
Create workflows and systems that enable sales and marketing automation at scale, set up high-quality data pipelines, and make our CRM easily queryable.
Equip our SDRs with creative playbooks, target ICP lists, and the right tooling.

Requirements: Technical familiarity with GTM & automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Clay, Zapier, Gong, Apollo, Instantly, APIs, webhooks, etc.)

Nice to have: You care deeply about craft and impact, not just output. You take pride in doing great work, even on small details.
Nice to have: You’re able to be in the technical weeds and fix bugs in your systems but also zoom out, think in systems, and push towards a broader GTM strategy
Nice to have: You love complex GTM problems and are able to come up with creative solutions across SDR playbooks, outbound sequences, marketing enablement, etc.
Nice to have: You have technical familiarity with GTM & automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Clay, Zapier, Gong, Apollo, Instantly, APIs, webhooks, etc.)
