Responsibilities

  • Create, test, and iterate on new video formats and trends
  • Experiment aggressively with new approaches to organic social growth
  • Use AI to develop content and build systems for mass distribution
  • Track what’s working, understand why, and scale it

Requirements

  • Experience running Instagram, TikTok, or other social media accounts
  • A track record of creating viral content that has generated significant views or followers
  • High agency. You can take an ambiguous goal, figure out what needs to happen, and execute without needing constant direction
  • Strong understanding of viral content, internet culture, and social media trends
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to move quickly

Preferred

  • Experience with vibecoding
  • Experience with AI video or image generation tools
  • Experience building and managing systems
  • Experience in music marketing
