- Track metrics and deliver actionable recommendations
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review the current platform, website, brand, messaging, and social presence
- Evaluate the target audience and identify the strongest customer segments
- Develop a focused 30-day marketing and growth plan
- Recommend the most effective channels for reaching job seekers
- Create two to three campaign themes based on customer needs and product value
- Develop and publish approximately three to four posts per week across selected channels, primarily LinkedIn and TikTok
- Test different messages, content formats, hooks, and calls to action
- Support a small paid advertising test when appropriate
- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion, platform sign-ups, and user engagement
- Track campaign performance, website traffic, sign-ups, engagement, and other relevant measures
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, or social media strategy
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, messaging, campaign development, and actionable planning
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience using performance data to improve marketing decisions
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of agreed-upon deliverables
- Experience with startups, consumer technology, career services, or SaaS products is preferred
- Familiarity with marketing AI-enabled products is helpful
- Examples of previous campaigns and measurable results
Preferred
