Job Summary

Own the end-to-end sales and retention engine, leading launches, funnel growth, and team development to drive member acquisition, onboarding, and renewals.

  • Own launches and funnel strategy
  • Lead a small team and data-driven optimization

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sales — New Customer Acquisition Getting Not So Wimpy Teacher and Lesson Genie in front of the right teachers, and giving them a reason to say yes: that's the growth engine.
  • Drive online sales execution and channel-level strategy across NSWT and Lesson Genie, within the vision set by the CEO and Founder
  • Plan and run launches , including KISSS (our annual five-day live webinar/bootcamp launch in July)
  • Build funnel strategy : sequencing, offers, and testing across landing pages and email
  • Drive lead generation , working with our Facebook ads manager and social media content person to keep the pipeline full of quality leads
  • Carry one consistent core message everywhere a teacher encounters us: emails, the website, member communication, ads
  • Drive weekly content and email strategy
  • Retention — Every renewal is a second sale. You’ll set the strategy and messaging and troubleshoot when something's off; our Lesson Genie membership assistant handles the day-to-day customer service and project management of the membership.
  • Shape onboarding and carry-over messaging for renewing members
  • Promote the referral program

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (bonus if it's in business, marketing, or a related field)
  • 3–5+ years in online launch and funnel marketing , with a track record in conversion and testing — ideally with live webinars and/or bootcamps, funnels, memberships/subscriptions, or similar
  • Proven leadership experience , with the ability to build, manage, and develop a small team
  • Strong analytics skills — you go looking for what's actually wrong, not just what the dashboard says
  • Excited and curious about AI , with experience using it beyond search or copywriting (Claude preferred), while carefully evaluating its output
  • Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools
  • Strong messaging skills : one consistent core message across the entire business, not just a single funnel
  • Your hours are flexible, but you're reachable and responsive throughout the workday (roughly 9am–5pm Eastern, adjustable based on your time zone) for real-time questions, communication, and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday, Slack, Kit, Google Drive, and WordPress

Preferred

  • Think in funnels, conversion, and tests, and get energized by watching a number move because of something you changed
  • Genuinely geek out on data — you’d rather dig into a dashboard than guess, and you can diagnose why something isn’t converting, not just report that it isn’t
  • Have experience running online launches — funnels, live webinars, and/or bootcamps
  • Hold a high bar for brand voice and can steward a consistent message across every touchpoint
  • Work independently, communicate proactively, and take full ownership of outcomes
  • Live and die by results — numbers and deadlines drive you as much as ideas do

Benefits

  • Fully remote, with a flexible work schedule
  • Monthly profit sharing . Over the past 12 months, this added up to $10,000 for each full-time team member. For 2027, we’re projecting $12,500 or more .
  • 2 weeks of paid time off , yours to use as you choose
  • 10 paid national holidays
  • A 2-week paid break over Christmas /New Year’s
  • A paid day off for your birthday
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave
  • Annual team retreat (Arizona or destination)
