Responsibilities

• The Marketing & Growth Coordinator is a part-time, remote role focused on creative storytelling, brand building, and community growth.
• You'll work directly with the founder to develop and execute social media campaigns, craft compelling content, and help bring Luminari's mission to life across digital channels.
• This role leans heavily creative — we're looking for someone who thinks outside the box, leads with story, and understands how to connect with people in meaningful ways.

Requirements

• Creative storyteller and graphic designer with the ability to produce compelling visual and written content
• Hands-on experience running social media campaigns and paid social ads; familiarity with Meta platforms required (we can teach the rest)
• Understanding of SEO principles and the ability to perform keyword research and optimize content for social media platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and adjust strategy
• Proficiency in Canva; comfortable working with design tools to produce on-brand content
• Familiarity with B2B and SaaS environments; understands how to market a product, not just a brand
• Adaptable learner who thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment
