Responsibilities

• Own and execute demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive qualified pipeline.
• Develop and optimize content and messaging tailored to insurance industry buyers, including captives, self-insured entities, and MGAs.
• Collaborate closely with sales and partnerships teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, continuously iterating to improve ROI.
• Support product marketing efforts, including positioning, competitive analysis, and go-to-market launches.
• Manage and grow the company's presence across key channels including events, paid media, SEO, and email.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth or demand generation marketing, ideally within fintech, insurtech, or B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns from scratch in a high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with insurance industry concepts (claims, loss ratios, underwriting) is a plus.
• Background at high-caliber technology or data-driven organizations is valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for compelling B2B storytelling.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.
