Responsibilities

• Coordinate remote marketing, communications, content, campaign, or promotional work connected to merchant onboarding, customer loyalty support, product operations, account records, software support, growth marketing, and analytics.
• Maintain accurate records, status updates, schedules, requests, and follow-up items relevant to assigned work.
• Communicate clearly with customers, clients, vendors, partners, or internal team members by email, phone, chat, and shared tools as appropriate.
• Track deadlines, identify missing information or routine exceptions, and escalate issues according to documented procedures.
• Prepare concise updates or reports so work can be reviewed, handed off, and completed on time.
• Role-Specific Skills: Strong candidates for the Growth Marketing Coordinator position will be comfortable using skills such as Software Support, Customer Onboarding, Product Operations, CRM, SaaS Support, Digital Marketing, Marketing Coordination, Content Management.
