Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and monitor paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to support inbound growth in the US.
• Own Meta execution day-to-day, including campaign builds, ad setup, creative testing, reporting, and ongoing optimizations.
• Support campaign setup and bidding strategy across key objectives, audiences, and creative buckets.
• Help build full funnel paid campaigns, from ad creative to landing pages, with a bias toward speed and iteration.
• Support our creative testing roadmap by writing sharp copy, briefing design concepts, and shipping new ads consistently.
• Use data tools like PostHog, HubSpot, and Ads Manager to find insights, track performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor paid performance across CR, CPL, lead quality, demo conversion, and closed won outcomes.
• Brief landing page and funnel experiments to improve conversion rate, cost per lead, and lead quality.
• Diagnose full-funnel drop offs across impressions, clicks, landing pages, forms, demos, and close rate.
• Partner with content to create assets that fuel campaigns and move prospects through the funnel.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid campaigns, especially across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Strong execution skills in-platform, including campaign setup, ad builds, reporting, and performance monitoring. You live and breathe Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong creative instincts; you can help spot what makes an ad work and turn insights into new tests.
• Comfortable working across multiple campaign objectives, audiences, and creative buckets.
• Analytical mindset; you know how to read performance data and turn it into clear next steps.
• Full-funnel thinking; you understand how paid media connects to landing pages, lead quality, demo conversion, and CAC.
• Fast operator; you ship tests quickly and learn without waiting for perfect inputs.
• You constantly experiment, learn fast, iterate quickly, and scale what works.
• Comfortable using tools like Ads Manager, HubSpot, and PostHog to understand performance and report on results.
• High ownership and strong attention to detail; you care about campaign quality, clean setup, and fast execution.
• Comfortable with intensity; you thrive in fast paced environments, adapt quickly, and stay resilient.
