Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the IT and FinOps narrative for Gemini enterprise across identity, security, observability, compliance, and economics, delivering an authoritative stance field teams can run without escalation.
  • Establish the platform control framework, native governance, a unified human-agent identity model, and an integrated control plane that complements existing enterprise investments rather than replacing them.
  • Direct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling, committed capacity economics, chargebacks, spend caps, and public calculators, continuously reconciling metrics with core product messaging to present consistent numbers to customers.
  • Maintain rigorous boundaries between current capabilities and future roadmap including residency, certifications, and public-sector authorizations forcing upstream product and pricing decisions to validate all claims.
  • Drive competitive positioning against major hyperscalers and SaaS rivals while personally authoring core collateral, CISO briefings, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) economic models across matrixed cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in marketing, working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred

  • Experience defining or reframing a product category, with evidence that the market picked up the frame.
  • Experience writing for executive delivery: keynotes, board-level briefings, published bylines.
  • Experience building structured content systems—taxonomy, metadata, messaging that software can query.
  • Experience building an agent or an AI workflow.
  • Ability to influence executive leaders across organizations without authority, and to hold a position under pressure.
