Group Account Director

Own and grow key client partnerships by setting strategic direction across integrated marketing initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact, financially healthy campaigns that meet client objectives.

• Executive-level relationship ownership and primary accountability for agency–client partnerships
• Strategic direction and growth across integrated marketing initiatives
• Cross-functional leadership to deliver high-quality, strategic work
• Campaign leadership across digital, interactive, paid, earned, and creative initiatives
• Navigate complex client challenges with actionable solutions and strategic planning
• Fundamentals: account planning, client presentations, and high-level business recommendations
• Oversee account financials, scopes, budgets, and profitability
• Foster cross-team alignment and accountability across agency departments
• Lead, mentor, and develop account management teams
• Operate with ownership and strategic perspective through obstacles

• Typical 10+ years of experience in advertising/marketing with agency background
• Experience supporting automotive, restaurant/QSR, building products, and/or CPG categories preferred
• Deep integrated marketing experience across digital, interactive, earned, paid, and creative
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving for complex business challenges
• Experience leading large-scale client accounts and cross-functional teams
• Strong financial acumen with account profitability, budgets, scopes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to lead with confidence and a solutions mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment with multiple priorities

• Experience supporting clients in automotive, restaurant/QSR, building products, and/or CPG categories is strongly preferred
