Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and optimize GoHighLevel CRM accounts.
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Create and manage CRM pipelines, contact lists, tags, triggers, and automated sequences.
- Implement automated SMS, email, and appointment reminder campaigns.
- Integrate GoHighLevel with marketing platforms, websites, forms, and third-party applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure proper functionality.
- Optimize lead distribution, tracking, and conversion processes.
- Build reports
