Job Summary

Lead the rollout and market activation of advisory services and capabilities within IIS, collaborating with subject matter experts and regional teams to shape value propositions, messaging, and client-facing collateral while steering go-to-market playbooks, stakeholder alignment, and program execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout and market activation of new and existing advisory services, solutions, and capabilities within IIS
  • Partner with IIS subject matter experts to develop and refine value propositions, messaging, sales materials, pitch content, case studies, talk tracks, and client-facing collateral.
  • Build and maintain repeatable go-to-market playbooks that help colleagues understand what we offer, who it is for, why it matters, and how to bring it to clients.
  • Serve as a key connection point between IIS and regional market leaders, sales colleagues, client teams, and marketing.
  • Establish strong relationships and feedback loops between the external market and internal teams by capturing input from sales colleagues, clients, prospects, and business leaders to refine positioning and improve execution.
  • Supervise progress against go-to-market priorities, including market adoption, pipeline activity, client engagement, revenue opportunities, and other success measures.
  • Provide ongoing support for national growth initiatives, internal enablement, thought leadership activation, conference and forum preparation, and other commercial priorities that strengthen the visibility and impact of Health Solutions.
  • Support RFPs, finalist meetings, client and prospect meetings, and internal market discussions by helping develop a compelling story around Aon’s expertise.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience in benefits consulting, commercial strategy, sales enablement, product marketing, business development, or a related professional services environment.
  • Experience developing or implementing go-to-market strategies for new services, solutions, products, partnerships, or advisory capabilities.
  • Strong business insight and capacity to connect market needs, client priorities, growth opportunities, and commercial strategy .
  • Experience supporting new business pursuits.
  • Ability to translate complex capabilities into clear, concise, and compelling messaging for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, including comfort shaping executive-ready materials and speaking points.
  • Experience working across and influencing multiple stakeholders, including solution line leadership, sales leaders, marketing, subject matter experts, and regional client-facing colleagues and producers
  • Comfort using data, pipeline insights, whitespace analysis, and market feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve go-to-market execution.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and move priorities forward in a matrixed environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable working style with the ability to build trust across teams and influence without direct authority.
