Global Marketing Manager - Plasma Innovations

Responsibilities

• Conduct market assessments and market research to identify opportunities.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions aligned with customer needs and evolving market trends.
• Lead development of service offerings and program launches to strengthen brand positioning.
• Collaborate with Global Product Management on launch readiness for new products and services.
• Partner with Corporate Communications to create impactful omnichannel marketing assets (brochures, case studies, product demos, videos).
• Ensure messaging consistency and integration of the PI portfolio into promotional programs, sales tools, and customer communications.
• Develop storytelling across the portfolio to reflect customer feedback, competitive insights, and brand strategy.
• Provides direction on the design and implementation of promotion, sales force collateral, and customer communication materials to ensure consistency with customer’s needs and the system selling approach.
• Provide field training and insights to accelerate adoption and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Identify adoption barriers and contribute to strategies to overcome them.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in global marketing and/or sales, preferably in MedTech, Biotech, Pharma, or other regulated Life Sciences industries.
• An equivalent competency level acquired through a variation of these qualifications may be considered.
• Physical Requirements Typical Office Environment requirements include reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Preferred

• Experience in Plasma field strongly preferred
• Scientific or Technical background in Plasma applications, therapies, and markets strongly preferred.
